Established policies and procedures to ensure each file moved through my closing department successfully.

Managed a team of up to eight people that covered all areas of closing, including CD's, docs, funding review, warehouse line fundings, shipping, post close and post purchase. Other various closing tasks included, but were not limited to, MERS registration and transfer, VAFFPS processing, HUD insuring, Goodbye Letters, payment reconciliation, Post-Close CDs, UCD, final documents (Titles and Deeds), and file storage and retention.

Managed and monitored our Flagstar and First Tennessee warehouse lines to ensure efficiency with each line.

Worked closely with new and existing investors to ensure a smooth and timely closed-loan delivery and purchase process.

Maintained close and thorough communication with all parties of the closing process.

Prepared file to have Closing Disclosure and final loan docs issued. Reviewed/audited signed loan documents, notified all applicable parties of funding conditions and funding timeline.
Requested online loan fundings per applicable investor requirements. Post closing packaging and review for purchase off the warehouse lines. Completed post closing tasks such as FHA insuring and trailing doc delivery.

Assisted loan officers with various administration and clerical support, such as gathering, reviewing, and verifying loan application documents. Maintained accurate and updated loan files. Acted as a point of contact for clients, and other parties involved in the loan process.
