  • Started me jourmey an inventory control specialist. In April 2022 moved to the product personalization department running an X5, and Helix (glassware) Ink cups machine. Promoted to team lead 12/23. In May of 2024 the company bought out another printing company and I have learned all their printing and cutting equipment we brought to our company. Promoted to Team Lead 2 in July 2024, and am currently acting supervisor. I currently Supervise a team of 6 machine operators, this includes scheduling their daily work assignments, making sure they are completed on time, training new operators, trouble shooting any issues with equipment, etc. Leading the day to day activities of the print room.
