- Inspect vans as they get into my station. Make sure that all checks on my list are completed. If not completed, call team leaders to see if they can fix it. Put defect in QSYS. Also look for other defects that are not on the list like missing parts, parts that are not installed correctly or loose screws/ bolts and put the defect in QSYS. Look at all DS/DZ critical parts to make sure they were torqued and installed properly. Also have been assign tasks off the line such as GFP project before it was assigned to go to the line. I have been assigned to do testing on potential new q-gates stations to see if the station is a good fit. I have been assigned to the FedEx project by doing inspections offline of every FedEx van.

Watch the team on greenmile to make sure that they are not running behind and are running the route in a timely manner. Train all new employees in the correct way to work. From the time they enter a store to the time they leave. After the team member leaves the store. I do an audit on them to make sure there is no damaged product, or any product out of rotation. Also, to make sure the team members leave the store presentable for the customers. Every morning, I do a report of the previous workday.
