Responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of Healthy Planet platform application.
Responsible for on-boarding Emory Healthcare Network (EHN) members into the Emory Health
Information Exchange (HIE). Serve as project manager to lead project connections with Cerner,
member practices and preferred EHN Vendors to ensure project scope is met and authenticate flow of
data between Cerner and EMR vendors is correct per CCDAs guidelines. Maximize the effectiveness of
Quickbase to provide visibility across dashboards, reports and tables of operations for the
organization.
• Manage new project go-lives for standard and whitelisting connections
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Serve as the primary contact for all EHN members project communications
• Ensure project statements and objectives are clearly defined
• Provide support for clients with HL7 Object Identifier (OID) Registry
• Review HIE Toolkit with new and existing EHN members
• Maintain key data in POPI quickbase for 250 + HIE connections
• Designed and develop reportable fields, reports and quickbase Dashboard charts
• Provide HIE data validation for MPI and CEP Millennium 2020 and 2021 system upgrades
• Onboard live HIE connections into HealtheIntent
• HIE and HealtheCare support on call after hours
• Monitor OE Manager and Olympus applications during on call hours
Responsible for application system analysis, development and technical activities for system clinical applications. Manage and maintain all whitepapers and implementations of new or revised applications and programs. Produce new reports and dashboards using reporting tools, applications and queries for clinical and revenue cycle applications. Successfully implemented the Real Time bi-directional interface between GRITS (Georgia Immunization Registry) and NextGen Electronic Health Records systems.
• Introduced objectives, policies, and procedures for department to formalize and implement the mission, vision, and values of Emory Healthcare.

• Build, update and maintain all clinical applications, programs, screens and databases as appropriate

• Manage Enterprise Remote scanning license server (OCR)
