Summary

I am a current college student that is pursuing a career in the medical field. I finished my pre requisites this spring 2024 and my goal is to begin the radiology tech program within next summer 2025. I currently have a year before I can start the program so I want to pursue a job where I can get insight in any medical office as an assistant, front desk or any available position that will be given to me and I will be grateful. I am willing to learn and be motivated at work to continue my goal if there is an employer that is able to give me that chance.

  • I currently work for saltgrass steakhouse where I was able to rank up as a server and demonstrate my work ethic through my sales positive feedback from guests.
  • Developed good relationship with customers where I had regulars come in and request to dine in and serve them by giving the guest a great experience while being able to handle other tables effectively at the same time over a short period of time.
  • Improved sales that consisted of menu knowledge, featuring specials, describing appetizers and giving details over drink items and deserts .
  • Encouraged the guest to sign up for the company's rewards club.
  • Assisted guest with dietary restrictions or allergies by making sure all the food is made safe in the kitchen and alerting the floor manager to make sure the kitchen staff is reminded or aware, will also take it upon myself to check any specific ingredients from the cook book.
  • Collaborated with my teammates by stocking up the necessary supplies for the rest of the shift, maintaining a clean work area, coaching other servers, and greeting guest who's server was busy at the time.
  • As an A rank server there are times where I am a closer and have to make sure every server does their closing cleaning duties before they leave
