Opened a brand new Chipotle in February 2020 and trained the crew from scratch

In 2020, I opened a new Chipotle in Cave Creek, Arizona as an assistant manager. Everyone in the crew besides the managers were new. Most of the people were still in high school or it was their first job. I had to teach them restaurant standards, safety and protocols. I trained the front of house employees which are the employees that serve the food and our cashiers. It was not an easy journey but it was definitely worth it. We opened the second Chipotle ever with a Chipotlane which is a Chipotle that has a window for guests to pick up their online orders through a window in their cars instead of having to get out of their car.

Additional Information

I volunteered at my home church in Los Angeles to work in the church kitchen and handle cash. We also had events with the church every couple months and I would be in the wheelchair department where I would take handicap people to bathrooms and back to their seat. I also volunteered in the Special needs day care on Saturday and Sunday mornings when their parents were in mass.
