I still preform all of the tasks I preformed as a Store Manager for Bentonville. While at the Rogers store. I have excelled at taking a store that had previously grown stagnant and increasing in sales and customer base.

I still preform all of the tasks I preformed as a Store Manager for Springdale. While at the Bentonville store i have received the 2018 District 10131 Citizenship award and the 2018 Division 10130 Spirit award. I have improved shrink, store cleanliness and curb appeal, and reduced store expenses.

As a Store Manager I preformed all of the tasks and responsibilities mentioned below as well as efficiently making and altering schedules, effectively using Brass Ring to hire new Cashiers and Assistants, preformed proper termination and merit increase procedures in Ulitpro, and properly coached employees when needed. I received the Icon of Safety award as well as had a Cashier receive the Icon of Safety award. I received the 2016 Most Improved OSAT scores, 2016 Most Improved Merchandise Sales, and 2016 Merchandise Margin Awards.
