  • Obtain Building Permits on all new residential single-family homes, including zoning permits, water and sewer taps. I also obtain culvert and driveway permits if applicable.
  • Run all permits to the proper municipality needed to obtain the necessary permits.
  • Processing check requests to pay for the permits.
  • Input all of the customers color selections into the system that were mat at the selections center.
  • Put together start packs for all of the production supervisors and email those out to all of our current vendor list, they know what to place in the home.
  • Process all change orders for the home and make everyone aware of the necessary changes we are making to the home.
  • Stamp and code all of the invoices and bills that come into the office and send them up to my corporate office for payment in a weekly FedEX package.
  • Processing all of our property tax bills for all of the land we currently own in our division.
