    Following an ERP crash, with a small team rebuilt an entire subsidiary ledger and general ledger, ending the year with a successful audit.


    Set up live inventory systems linked and mapped to the general ledger for Digicel Nauru.


    Implemented and set up Fiji's first bill of material for a poultry business.


    Modeled a live SAP mapped profit and loss for GF Fiji without a SAP system and ledger, to then extract cost center and profit center reports, Identifying and investigating a FJD1.6m inventory loss.


    Took on a role that was failing and rebuilt senior management team trust and confidence in the finance team within 3 months leading to 2 company awards.
