During my time with OJD I have been the coverage and set aside clerk.
I have been trained in clerking, a variety of different hearings including, criminal, juvenile, civil and family.
I assist at the front counter and answering phones.
I have traveled to several of the counties where I have assisted with coverage.
One of my main duties is processing set asides for all 5 counties.
Most recently I have been assisting with monitoring several queues when individuals are out of the office.
More specifically the Judicial Assistants queues.
Corrections Deputy
NORCOR

My first position at NORCOR in 2005 was as a Corrections Technician where my duties included opening doors via a control panel, following movement on multiple cameras and communicating with Deputies and other staff members via radio, and logging Adult in Custody activities and other jail movement.
I communicated with the AIC population via intercom and answered phone calls from the public providing information I could or directing the call to the appropriate department.
When I was promoted to Corrections Deputy in 2008 my duties included booking AICs by entering all their information into the Jail Management System.
Other duties included cell checks, headcounts, and escorting AICs to various places such as attorney visits, medical and recreation.
Deputies processed bail by accepting cash and issues receipts before NORCOR upgraded their accounting system.
In 2011 when I was promoted to Court and Transport Deputy my duties expanded to include escorting AICs to court, processing release paperwork and updating information in JMS.
I also worked with various courts and correctional facilities coordinating court appearances and transport.
I would fill in at the front desk where duties include answering phones, interacting with the public by answering questions regarding an AIC’s status, how to post bail, applying money to an account or any other questions they may have.

I held many positions during my time at Sprint United Telephone such as Customer Service and Repair Representative.
My job duties for those two positions were to assist customers apply for new service, process payments, upgrade service and enter repair tickets.
My last position before leaving Sprint was as an Executive Analyst in the Executive office gathering information from customers to assist in resolving issues.
Customers calling the Executive office usually had an issue that they were unable to get resolved at a lower level and felt they had exhausted all the available options.
Once I had gathered all the information I would open a case and facilitate with other departments in getting the customer’s case resolved.
I would then relay the resolution to the customer and submit a written report to the management team outlining what was done to resolve the issue.
The issues I assisted resolving could involve repair, billing or customer service issues.
Since Sprint was a regulatory agency, I worked closely with regulatory agencies including the Public Utilities Commission, Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau.

During my time as a Telephone Operator at Columbia Gorge Center my duties included entering and delivering detailed messages while answering multi-line phones for various clients along with emailing, faxing and radio traffic.
A few clients would have our office schedule appointments.
I assisted the manager with acquiring and setting up accounts for new clients while maintaining and updating current accounts.
I trained new employees.
I was also responsible for employee schedules in the absence of the manager.
