Brand Delivery and Operations manager for $12 million store. Provide leadership to drive total store results with specific ownership over operations of the store including merchandise flow, financial controllable, team management, staffing, product lifecycle, merchandise presentation and cash wrap. Manages and resolves customer relations issues. Serves as leader on duty to provide sales floor and store operations leadership.

• Coordinating remodel process for expansion of Baybrook location minimizing customer distraction and maintaining sales goals.
• Drove Merchandise Flow initiative, re-organizing and maintaining an organized stockroom resulting in improved replenishment of sales floor and sales increases.

Executive Team Leader for Multiple Departments including Food and Beverage, General merchandise, Apparel and Logistics. Manage the guest service and merchandising of two to three departments with sales ranging from $6-$9 million in a store with annual sales of $40 million.
