I am responsible for 15 people, so my first duty is to make sure that the environment is safe to work in by keeping a clean work area,neat and free of safety hazards to maximize efficiency. Relieve people when they have to go to the restroom, Order supplies for production through out the day, have regular meeting with supervisor to ensure good product is being delivery to the customers. Built a good strong relationship with my team through a positive attitude and a good example by being on work on time. I also know that Safety is the number One Priority on any job as well in life, so im aware of my surroundings.
