• Found and investigated the property, Contacted the owner and over the years while he was getting the zone changed I was envisioning and planing for the things to go onto the property. Thus the 3D animation etc.
• .Joined forces with Hispanic music promoters and established a solid relationship doing concerts(Old School R&B)
• Went to Myrtle Beach, found an abandoned drag strip renovated it had 20k bikers out of 400,000 on a Saturday @ $20
• Paid 10 thousand down on the 3 BEDROOM, 14 units that had a debt of $200,020. The building was not ten years old so we turned it into a section 8 rental and sold it two years later for $1,4000,000.
• Bent Sombrero Records Inc. Group "Wood Work" Inglewood CA, Susan Vincent and I created the only Digi CD. It was composed of a full album, music video, skits, and interviews. Received an award from West Coast Hip Hop for the incredible innovative creation.
• Music industry was one of the highlights of my life, partnered with an corporate entertainment Attorney, I did music he did the law. I selected 3 different artist to sign to our production company, one signed with Rose Royce, the girls became High Energy at Motown, and the last person after being signed for less than 4 months I produced a demo that was snatched up by EWF Earth Wind & Fire. The song went Platinum on the single and the album. I also worked with Lakeside, Bobbi Humphry, LTD, Donald Byrd, and others.
• Ohio Bell telephone companies first Black Residential Installer in the state. I was chosen to be the voice of statewide radio commercials to draw more minorities to the company. My self created line of expecting to one day be president, did the trick.
