Throughout my journey in technology, I have learned a lot about the systems from the past, technology in use today, and the new systems being created everyday. I also have come to understand the importance of a secure environment in regards to us as humans and the technology we depend on everyday. I understood at a very early age how ever-changing, growing, and beautiful this field is and how its something that I could never see myself outside of. I have continuously-growing knowledge and perspective in the security industry and truly understand the importance of being proactively secure. My experience regarding physical security, deescalation practices, military operations, endpoint security, remote monitoring/management (RMM) of protected systems, and IT Support, has furthered my abilities in this field and has allowed me to see things from a high-level and proactive perspective. I have had opportunities to work with professional individuals and teams throughout the DFW, furthering my knowledge and understanding of the Cybersecurity/Physical Security industry. I have come to understand what is necessary to continuously improve this industry as a whole. My experience thus far has equipped me with the ability/know-how to manage security projects, operate professionally, and adapt, facilitating my strong desire to become a leader in this industry. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, further strengthening my technical foundation and secure perspective. With certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CySA+, Pentest+ and Project+ to name a few, I am highly dedicated to contributing to the protection of the world and the systems we depend on. I constantly strive to succeed my yesterday with an ongoing commitment to professional growth in the security domain and the technological world as a whole.
