With Amazon I’ve been working and have done the most, two years now. I started as an Stower, came down to Decant, transfer to Pack and then transfer to ShipDock. I became an Ambassador for both Decant and Ship Dock for a while. To these day, Associates I’ve trained have become Ambassadors themeselves. I also have train one PA for Decant and two PAs for Ship Dock. Got a certificate for helping at Peak Season. Have been part of GEMBA in every department I have been in. My managers listen to my suggestions and apply them, helping that way the proccess of production and well being of an Associate. I like my work, the people I work with and the skill I’ve learned along the way. As an Ambassador back in TPA4, the Learning Team knows me, knows my work ethic and how responsible and quick to achieve any challenge I am.

I would help customers inside and outside the store, if help was needed. As a cashier I will make sure they get a great service and help them with any issue they may have had. It creates character, build responsability and adds patience to any upcoming issue. It keeps yourself ready for anything and on your toes. Acted fast, driven and focus.

I would help customers outside with their groceries, maintain areas around the parking lot clean and keep the carts coral always full. It gave me a lot of different skills, including; organization, planning, communication in an effective way and the ability to adapt quick to different weather.
