I greet guests in showroom, log their information, and guide them to the proper associate for assistance. I also process payments and assist with various other tasks in the cashier’s office.

I was a cashier, greeter, food runner, busser, and part of the cleaning and closing staff. I was a first point of contact for any guest interactions and ensured excellent customer service.

I made sure the restaurant was clean at all times and assisted servers with customer service.
