Mercedes McCoy

I am a well rounded young individual, I started in the facility as a CNA, I balanced school and work for some time and while I was still balancing the two places I attented college classes to get my Medaide certification. Then went on to get my Enrichment of Life Certification while starting the new position at said facility. I am very good at multitasking as well as people skills. I Conversate with residents and staff everyday as it currently is part of my job to "make them happy." I am a problem solver and very open to new ideas as well as bringing my own to the table. I am known as a people person and I plan on continuing my education into real estate in the future.
