Mercy Pignataro

Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing efficient cash register operations, stocking merchandise and preparing orders for shipment.

Handled customer concerns both in person and over the phone, including managing returns and exchanges in a professional manner.

Recent work included collaborating with colleagues to vote on an academic calendar that represents the needs of all students’ religious and cultural observances as well as hosting U.S.A. public events.

Currently holds positions on two senate committees, the Sustainability and Public Health Committees.

Took part in an anti-racism retreat in Fall 2023.
