Driven and reliable, I honed my time management and drink customization skills at Hygge Hearth, showcasing my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Excelling in roles requiring professional demeanor and teamwork, I consistently delivered high-quality service, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at notable employers like Wilcox Abstract & Title.
My responsibilities were to answer the phone, greet clients, and get their information, organize documents, and help out with whatever the title or closing department needed. This job taught me great responsibility as I was dealing with clients' loan money, documents, taxes, and their personal information. I had to leave this job because I was moving to Billings for cosmetology school.
At this job, my responsibilities were to spray all the county roads with my partner, identify invasive weed species, handle chemicals responsibly, and protect other plant and animal species. It was a full-time job, as I usually worked forty-hour weeks, starting at 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., unless the weather affected that. I expanded my knowledge of the plant and animal species, and learned discipline with this job because of the demand it had.
My responsibilities at this job were to open and close the store, prep food, make drinks, serve customers, and clean. This was a short lived job as there were issues with the pay, and the owner soon after closed due to many reasons.
At this job, it was a high expectation that the employees had a strong background and knowledge of coffee, so we often spent time learning about coffee, the different types of drinks, and the history of it. I would serve customers drinks and food items, open and close the shop, clean, and restock. I really liked this job, and it definitely grew my love for coffee even more.
