  • In February 2023, I was appointed as the Clinical Practice Leader for the SEAL Nurse team. Collaboration with directors of professional development, managers, educators, and other leaders is an essential part of my day-to-day work. As part of the SEAL workforce team, my responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for over 150 RNs across critical care, ED, and MedSurge SEAL Nurse teams through the Jefferson Health regional hospitals. Before that, in 2021, I was part of the enterprise SEAL RN team that was created with the help of a collaborative team, including the development of a process for onboarding, orientation, and training of 25 enterprise resource nurses, named SEAL nurses.
  • I provided clinical leadership to nursing staff, facilitated patient care conferences, and analyzed policies and procedures. Mentored new nurses, monitored quality improvement initiatives, and collaborated with physicians on best practices.
