  • I was hired as a caregiver in March 2025, by May 2025 I went through the classes to become a Med Tech and in June 2025 I was asked to become a Mentor for the company.
  • When I worked in our Memory Care unit which has 16 residents, a couple residents are mostly independent and others who are full cares/specialty cares. I was the overnight shift so I was the only one working. I was the caregiver and Med Tech every night.
  • When I worked on the Assisted living side I was the only RA on duty for the overnight shift until I became a Med Tech, then I would be the Med Tech on duty if the others were scheduled off.
  • I was also asked to become a Mentor which I agreed to, so I was the mentor (trainer) for the overnight shifts.
  • I also have had many situations come up where I would have to act quickly and make decisions on the fly. I feel that I am a very calm person in high stress situations.
