Demonstrate attention to detail in administering medications, performing assessments, providing both medical and nursing treatments, and completing documentation under appropriate nursing supervision.

Performed all tasks with a patient-centered focus while seeking opportunities for improvement of processes and treatments. 

Fall 2022 

Med/Surg Baylor Scott & White- Grapevine (135 hours) 

Conducted screenings, diagnostic treatment and rehabilitative and supportive services as the student nurse on a primary health care team. Utilized nursing skills in wound/ IV care, infection control and practiced safe medication administration.
Recorded patients' medical history, vital signs and test results in medical records.
