Started as a trainee in the Die Maintenance area, Setup to learn the manual machines-Grinders, lathes, mills, drill presses and building experience on die repair to maintain upkeep of dies in the shop.

Trained to go to press sites to learn quick repair to long term repair of each die. Trained to disassemble dies at press sites and make repairs or adjustments at the press or bring components to shop for the repair or adjustments.

Trained to work on 3 shifts at the job site through the years, learned to do quick die setups, learned to operate press for quick adjustments or repairs and trial dies to have press up and running conditions.
