Estimate and or work with another estimator of Division 8 projects. if awarded project I manage the process of the project. I work with the submittal / detailer person to get timely materials to the architect and general contractor.

once approved I either order materials or work with specific persons in ordering materials per the schedule of the project. I am the point person for the general contractor for any questions or changes to the project.

I started the Specialty Products Division (division 8 & 10) for Interior Products Supply which was primarily a division 9 company. I was in charge of virtually everything from inventory, estimating and project management. I worked with Manufacturers reps to set pricing from year to year.

I was in charge of other sales people and also shop personell.
