  • Assists in defining and implementing the policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the inventory and its surrounding data is accurate, complete, secure and reliable
  • Use MRP to analyze inventory levels and trends to ensure optimal stock levels

  • Level 2 manufacture technician kitter that supports the header department by making the stubs that go into the header
  • Use the LFM machine to make these parts
  • This include setting the machine up in the morning
  • Check to make sure everything is running properly
  • Make sure the right size material is in the machine to run the job that is on the drawing
  • Do tool changes for the different sizes of copper tube
  • Use best judgement when picking the size tube to put in the LFM based off of how many jobs for the day require that size so more jobs can get done that day
  • Responsible for fixing the machine when it goes down
  • Which includes adjusting the software in the machine if needed
  • Collaborate with engineers to get the machine to run more efficiently
  • Use math to get the right dimensions of the stubs off of the blueprint and then program it into the LFM
  • Make adjustments of dimensions given off of the drawing and work with the design engineer to update the drawing
  • Fabricate multi bend stubs on the carson bender machine
  • Keep management informed on what jobs need to be completed or is ready to ship out
  • Send emails to other departments for needed parts
