Michael Baird

A1C Baird provides systems administration support on workstations and servers using multiple operating systems and programs. He is responsible for installing and testing system security configurations, monitoring, operating, troubleshooting, and helping maintain workstation and server hardware and software in support of ongoing missions to aircrews and the warfighter. Functions as the primary client support administrator for classified systems used throughout the 163rd.

• Followed established procedures for handling money transactions accurately.
• Used the POS system and cash register to receive payments by cash, check, credit card, and voucher.
• Followed food safety standards for sanitization and storage of food.
• I swept and mopped the facility floors during downtime and after closings.
• Provided excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assisted in the training of new staff members on proper sandwich-making techniques.
• Assisted team members during peak hours when necessary.
