I played many sports growing up including Baseball, Football, Basketball, and Ran Track all through high school then went on to play football at Saint Vincent College where I worked on my Business Management Degree. By playing sports I learned both how to be part of a team and how to lead a team. I learned how to encourage people in their own specific way which can be very important in a work environment because everyone responds differently to criticism. The key is to find what way works the best from an operations standpoint for each individual to get maximum results.
