Rite Check Cashing
- Assist Customers in cashing checks.
- Responsible for helping customers with money orders and bill payments.
- Responsible for large amounts of cash going in and out of the store.
- Ensures window transactions are in compliance with state and federal banking regulations including but not limited to: NYS Banking Department Reports, Currency Transaction Reports, and Suspicious Activity Reports.
- Ensures store lines and waiting times are kept to a minimum and staff is attentive and responsive to customer needs.
- Delivered customer service by greeting customers and answering any store inquiries.
- Performing opening and closing duties such as counting money, balancing register, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Operated the POS system efficiently to ensure adequate stock is available for sale.
