Spartan Runner

My father and I participate in a series of obstacle races that vary levels of difficulty ranging from 3-13 mile distances. These races consist of many different challenges including running through mud, crawling under barbed wire, and jumping over fire. These challenges require us athletes to have a complete fitness level of overall strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.
