- Prior to my time at Munn Lumber I worked for a foundation company and also spent time working with a residential framing crew.
- While at Munn Lumber I worked closely with home builders and contractors to ensure they had materials on site as requested in a timely manner for all phases of the construction process. Also I managed the Service Department where we took care of product issues during construction and after the home was turned over to the owners.
- Last year my wife and I built our own home. We had an architect draw up the plans and we took over from there. I filed all of the paperwork with the city to get the necessary permits. I also sent out quote requests to subcontractors and worked on our budget for the bank. During the build I did all of the scheduling with our subs and ensured everything was done as expected and in a timely manner. I did all of this while still working my full time job. We broke ground the last week of April and moved in the last week of October.
