  • Supervised and led approximately 65 Officers and 5 Sergeants during the day to day patrol operations in Downtown Area Command. This includes a FLEX team squad that conducted plain clothes/undercover operations. Reviewed search warrants and ops plans
  • Led and made command decisions during critical incidents to include being the incident commander on numerous incidents including an officer involved shooting and numerous protests
  • Maintained communication using current technology with hotel security supervisors/chiefs to maintain continuity and communication of law enforcement and security efforts in the Downtown tourist corridor
  • Responsible for creating a plan, coordinating resources to include multiple jurisdictions and units, and safely executing the plan on a monthly event called "First Friday". This event required approximately 170 officers, multiple jurisdictions, drones, rifle teams, jail personnel, road closures
