Michael Carlson

In my role, I report to the director, complete each assigned task, and conduct routine duties. From the moment I arrive, I attend to the coach and load flowers in the van. Upon arrival at the facility, I set up tables & chairs, candles, programs, guest book, and cardholder, and I placed the casket. Next, I greet guests with sincerity and compassion.

Attend to family special requests and load and unload the casket into the coach and onto the casket roller. Finally, I control media pre and post-service, and I complete janitorial duties.

I have worked on countless properties improving the exterior appearance.

• Carried out weekly duties picking range, washing golf balls, raking bunkers and filling divots
• Demonstrated effective punctuality and communicative skills while in position

• Provided extensive knowledge and expertise to the golfer about the golf course history, layout, and specific instructions regarding the unique angulation the golf course possesses
• Presented the golfer with the service of carrying their golf bag, cleaning their clubs and interacting with them in an affable manner

• Demonstrated teamwork, excellence, commitment, discipline and dedication to the department
• Recorded, edited and provided concise film for the coaching staff

During the last month of the season, I served as an assistant clubhouse manager.
Duties included:
washing and drying towels, loops, and jerseys, returning towels to locker room and jerseys and loops to each individual players’ lockers, helped set up pregame and postgame meals, handled all mailing and packaging services for player and staff related.
