COWAN FAMILY FARMS

My family has owned and operated cherry, walnut and wine grape crops where I assisted my father with all aspects of managing those crops including mowing, spaying, irrigating and harvesting.

FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA

I was involved in FFA and 4H since the age of nine. I took a market swine project to Agfest for 10 years in both 4H and FFA and earned my FFA State Degree my senior year of high school. I am majoring in Ag Business in college and plan to pursue a career in the Agricultural field.

FOOTBALL

I have played Football since the age of 12. I was named First Team All League my junior year and All League Defensive MVP my senior year for the Sierra Delta League while playing for Linden High School. I continued to play football for San Joaquin Delta College for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 seasons.

GOLF

I participated in the First Tee program from ages nine to fourteen and continued to golf all four years at Linden High School. My Junior year, I held the number two spot on our golf team, which took first place in the Sierra Delta League. I was named First Team All League my junior year and was slotted to hold the number one position my senior until the season was cancelled due to Covid 19.
