Joined the Boeing organization as an Integrated Scheduler in 2018. As a scheduler contributed to the development of a new airplane model, honing skills in cross-functional planning and collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. Currently in role of Project Manager for projects involving implementation of asset management software to optimize factory operations at designated Boeing work centers. Project experiences include developing site information requirements, training plans, and managing risk. • Initiated Boeing Problem Solving Model project to solve production problems around quality defects and provided plan for the site to replace out of warranty machines.
• Coordinated the integration and build plans for all 150 parts within airplane section to be designed, built and communicated to suppliers.
