• Manage a portfolio of 150-200 accounts with an average annual pipeline of $2.2M.
• Established strong relationships with donors & key stakeholders, ultimately leading to successfully secure Stop Soldier Suicide's largest corporate contribution of $1.1M

In coordination with the VP of Operations:

• Developed in mentored a team of 6 Event Coaches and 20 Event Day Facilitators, responsible for coaching 80 to 100 meal creation events annually - mobilizing thousands of volunteers across the country in the creation of 1.2 million meals to address food insecurity in school-age children
• Researched, developed, and established a standardized community engagement plan for community partners, providing key stakeholders with vision clarity and a repeatable process to consistently meet or exceeded their fundraising and volunteer mobilization goals, maximizing community impact.
• Managed the Foundations annual travel budget of $200k via SAP/Concur, ensuring compliance with all travel policies.

• Trained new employees and delegated daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Completed store opening and closing procedures and balanced tills.
• Managed cash handling procedures, maintaining accuracy in financial transactions and minimizing discrepancies in daily reconciliations.
• Responded to and resolved customer questions and concerns.

Served in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer of a faith based nonprofit organization, thrust into the role after the unexpected passing of the founding Pastor.

• Oversaw the administration and management of all areas of ministry, including 7 staff and an annual budget of $250k.
• Mentored and sent 2 future church planters
• Enhanced congregation growth, participating in local outreach programs and community engagement initiatives such as Movie Night in the Park, Barktoberfest, and National Night Out.
• Officiated special services such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, and nursing home services.

In partnership with Orchard Group Church Planting and the Founding Pastor, aided in the establishment of a vibrant Non-Denominational Church through teaching, preaching, training, community engagement and evangelism.

• Recruited and discipled a diverse team of 25 musicians and production technicians in support of weekly services.
• Planned, developed, and executed special and weekly services in a way that attracted people who do not go to church, while providing theologically sound and relevant content for the seasoned Christian.

Operationally trained field medic, with strong clinical skills to provide direct care to prevent, diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of maladies. Deployable worldwide.
