• I was responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of several residential and commercial properties, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal across all locations. I managed a team of maintenance technicians while coordinating with property managers, vendors, and contractors to meet the unique needs of each site.

I was responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and cleanliness of residential properties. I worked independently and as part of a team to address maintenance issues, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.

• I was responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal components for various construction, HVAC, and manufacturing projects. I applied expert knowledge of metalworking techniques and utilized specialized tools to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal materials to precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

• I was responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as general handyman services for residential and commercial properties. I applied technical skills in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair while also handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of buildings.
