Took over this store when it was losing money. The sales was hovering around 1.2 million per year. As of today we

are currently doing over 3.5 million a year consistently.

Made it a place you wanted to work at long term as we have several staff members that have been there for a very

long time. This establishment has the lowest turnover ratio of all Salt water Restaurants we own as a company. Pride

myself in making sure we take care of all aspects, the best

food, best staff and best place to go.

Absolute best restaurant in destin to work at. Loved every

second at this establishment. Took pride in quality even with it being such a fast pace environment and took so much pride in the excitement it brought to develop people to possess the utmost skill out of them in such a fun work place. This restaurant if familiar with Destin is the busiest or one of the busiest in the area.
