· Interacts with customers to resolve customer service concerns. Developed strong relationships with customers, vendors and partners to ensure long-term success and loyalty.

· Supports the company’s “Safety” initiatives and communicates to all department personnel

· Ensures maximum productivity and route management, and assists in establishing productivity improvement standards

· Provides coaching and counseling for staff development, train supervisors to interpret and understand productivity and other LOB reports

· Assist in development and implementation of automated processes and technology enhancements

· Support a good working relationship with all company departments

· Perform other Job-related duties as assigned by the COO, which include design, plan and build of material reduction facility

• Operated 50-150 ton excavators performing clean up at the World Trade Center ground Zero
• Worked for numerous companies in Westchester County, NY and New York City operating ALL types of heavy equipment specializing in fine grading equipment. (i.e. bulldozers, backhoes)
