  • As the only information manager(IM) for highly classified war games moved 1,093 files during 85 file transfers over five different classified networks for four different war games with over 850 participants, to include the CNO, to research the nation's most pressing national security issues.
  • And as the Information manager(IM) ran the devolvement of the IM standard operation procedure(SOP) and was the program manager.
  • As a game technology technician supported 7 war games by executing 198 room setups with 840 computer assets across six network classifications and provided 3,450 hours of IT support and trouble shooting.

  • As help desk supervisor led 16 Sailors in the completion of 1,200 trouble tickets, and oversaw 3 Personal through 30 hours of troubleshooting resulting in the restoration of 3 server outages.
  • Responsible for the restoration of 20 network outages, restoring IP service connectivity for 1,900 assets for 5,100 users.
  • Sole program manager and custodian responsible for 100 command issued iPhones enabling increased capability and mission support at the highest level, 150 off duty hours to the provisioning and troubleshooting of command iPhones and assisted in the rebuild of the Blackberry Unified Endpoint Manager (BUEM) and Good Enterprise Mobility (GEM) servers after a catastrophic network casualty.
