• Planned and coordinated Garden State Parkway crossings with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
• Developed overnight work plans with NJDOT for construction on major highways (Rt. 18, 27, 91).
• Partnered with Rutgers University on long-term project strategies, including current and future construction.
• Coordinated entry and exit plans with Inside Plant teams.
• Worked with Middlesex, Somerset, Essex, Bergen, and Passaic counties on overhead and underground construction on county roads.
• Secured agreements with Conrail, Amtrak, and NJ Transit for railroad crossings, obtaining PE signatures as required.
• Collaborated with Newark’s planning department on civil construction for manhole and conduit systems.
• Managed transmission fiber projects extending into Orange and Rockland territories.
