Personal Touch Award Winner, 05.01.2018, I won this award after making a heart to heart connection with a guest at the Embassy Suites in Oregon. This guest was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and she was receiving treatment at a local hospital. I made a meaningful connection with her and until she passed we kept in contact. I was invited to her celebration of life and was able to meet her extended family.
