Track packages coming from pack department

Code accordingly to make sure all AA that are in leadership rolls are on task

Make sure we are adhering to safety standards

Do stand-up meetings at SOS and after lunch break

Communicate with other departments to make sure they are tracking on certain units to get to our customers

• Oversaw inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

• Make sure to communicate with our vendors to schedule loads for pick up for liquidation,recycle,LTL and Donation loads

Track on cages coming from pick to adhere to PAD time and complete CPT(critical pull time)

Problem solved items that have issue on slam process and or packing issue

Create barcode for packages

Make sure all AA has all proper equipment to complete there assigned tasks for the day

Make sure communicating with all departments when items are damaged and or missing to get the item fixed or replaced

Code all AA in leadership or critical roll positions to proper time buckets

Make shift successful by tracking on overstaffing to adhere to 100% goal
