Repaired and maintained various electrical equipment starting from the main incoming voltage of 13,800v and 12,500v including the switchgear and distribution breakers to the 480v distribution breakers and motor control centers also including variable frequency drives,soft starts,relays,timers,DCS systems,and various other electrical systems.On the instrument side I worked with various software and handheld Hart communicators to calibrate and program level,pressure,temperature,flow, and other instrumentation.

• Planned new installations by studying drawings, technical manuals, and other documents.
• Used hand tools such as drills, saws, wire strippers, and crimpers to complete tasks.
• Connected wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components to form circuits.
• Instructed apprentices on proper installation techniques for various electrical components.
• Updated outdated wiring systems with newer technologies.
• Replaced faulty switches, outlets, circuit breakers when necessary.
