Martial Arts, Basketball

Because of my 33 years of military service, I have always striven for a high level of personal fitness, as an effort towards both physical and mental health. To that end, I have been training in the martial arts for many years; most recently in jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. I have also hosted twice a week basketball games at my National Guard armory since 2017, both as a community outreach and for additional personal fitness.
