Monitor Church Parking Lot

• 8:45AM-12:45PM Monday to Friday
• Allow only people who are coming to the Church or offices to park.
• Keep people from parking in the fire lane and in no parking areas.
• Close the parking lot when full during Noon Holy Sacrifice of The Mass and events.
• Keep the parking lot clean of trash.
• Address parishioners and visitors with inquiries or in need of assistance.
• Inform office manger of any problems that may occur.

Secure the Church and Offices

• Evenings Sunday to Friday
• Insure all doors, interior and exterior, are secure
• Insure all appropriate exterior lights are on and interior lights are off
• Insure access to areas for groups and events and close access to areas not needed
• Provide assistance, as needed, in set up and clean up to regular groups and for events
• Address parishioners and visitors with inquiries or in need of assistance
• Inform office manager of any problems that occur

Event Set Up and Break Down

• For large events and when short handed
• Set up of tables, chairs, table covers, coolers and AV equipment as required
• Break down and storage of tables, chairs, table covers, coolers and AV equipment, as well as clean up and garbage disposal

Handyman Services

• Performed basic handyman work as requested

General Handyman Services

• General cleaning of floors, walls, ceiling fans, vents, garages and sheds with appropriate chemical
• Pressure cleaning of concrete surfaces, tile and brick work with appropriate chemical
• Mold removal and cleaning with appropriate chemicals
• Changing of air conditioning filters and coil cleaning
• Carpentry work involving building structure, cabinet and furniture repairs as well as constructing new cabinets, custom storage systems and shelving

• Interior and exterior wall preparation and painting of walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, statues, doors, trim and machinery

• Removal of flood damaged carpet, flooring, ceiling insulation, drywall and plaster as well as disposal
• Basic interior and exterior electrical installation, repairs and troubleshooting of outlets, lights, switches, wiring, circuit breakers and appliances
• Installation. repairs and trouble shooting of cameras, computers, phone systems, motion sensors and 12 volt based systems.
• Basic interior and exterior plumbing installation, repairs and troubleshooting of valves, pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, water filters, fountains and drains
