  • Spearhead the deployment and integration of LIS systems with Digital Pathology portal reducing documented errors and improving clinical efficiency; increased TAT from 6 days to 2 days.
  • Assisted in leading the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical informatics strategies across entire BJC & WU enterprise, impacting staff and patients. Partnered with lab leaders and pathologists to design, build and implement platforms to meet the department initiatives.
  • Oversee the analysis and utilization of clinical data for quality improvement initiatives, contributing to improvement in patient safety metrics
  • Manage a team of developers, application specialist, engineers and project managers providing mentorship, training, and leadership to drive continuous improvement in informatics practices

  • At the request of the Dean of the Medical School lead the team with a escalated timeline the Covid Testing pipeline to meet the needs of the University and Hospitals Covid Testing. This also included building the pipelines to deliver test results to the states of IL and MO
