Works directly with third party vendors on projects to design, develop, manufacture, test and improve
safety and mobility initiatives that support ForTec’s operations team
 Vehicle corrals, equipment docking stations, equipment base modifications etc.
 Leads the development and execution of such projects
 Installs base modifications on new equipment prior to distribution to the field
2. Fleet Maintenance/Repair
 Primary contact for fleet repair authorization
 Examines, diagnoses, and repairs select vehicles as directed from FSM
 Responsible for the maintenance and preventative maintenance of company vehicle lift gates
 Recommends course of action on high repair costs
 Partners with Human Resources on accident investigations
3. New Vehicles
 Oversees all vehicle modifications and lifts
 Works with 3rd party partners to execute the installation of new vehicle corrals and docking
stations in proper working order
4. Vehicle Retirement
 Identifies appropriate price point and buyer for cycled vehicles
 Works with Fleet Coordinator to ensure proper sale or disposal of retired vehicles according
to company guidelines
5. Leads the maintenance and field support of all Lithotripsy and Catalyst pallet jacks.
 Welds broken parts
 Replaces batteries
 Repairs/installs replacement drive motors etc.
6. Supports Field Service Engineers, as requested, on mechanical and aesthetic repairs to ForTec
equipment (e.g., wheels, brakes, frames, skins

• Followed standard operating procedures to achieve consistent quality of work.
• Installed and removed body panels, doors and fenders of vehicles to access areas of repair.
• Reassembled and replaced parts to complete body repairs.
• Inspected new parts and areas of repair to verify correctness and quality.

• Activated pumps, valves and processing equipment to move water through treatment processes and added chemicals.
• Calibrated pH, DO and chlorine meters to support proper working order for daily inspections.
• Drafted reports and maintained logs on meter readings, tests, chemical and equipment usage as required by [State].
• Tested water samples and made adjustments to remove harmful bacteria and organism to guarantee water safety and quality of taste and smell.
