Vehicle corrals, equipment docking stations, equipment base modifications etc.
Leads the development and execution of such projects
Installs base modifications on new equipment prior to distribution to the field
2. Fleet Maintenance/Repair
Primary contact for fleet repair authorization
Examines, diagnoses, and repairs select vehicles as directed from FSM
Responsible for the maintenance and preventative maintenance of company vehicle lift gates
Recommends course of action on high repair costs
Partners with Human Resources on accident investigations
3. New Vehicles
Oversees all vehicle modifications and lifts
Works with 3rd party partners to execute the installation of new vehicle corrals and docking
stations in proper working order
4. Vehicle Retirement
Identifies appropriate price point and buyer for cycled vehicles
Works with Fleet Coordinator to ensure proper sale or disposal of retired vehicles according
to company guidelines
5. Leads the maintenance and field support of all Lithotripsy and Catalyst pallet jacks.
Welds broken parts
Replaces batteries
Repairs/installs replacement drive motors etc.
6. Supports Field Service Engineers, as requested, on mechanical and aesthetic repairs to ForTec
equipment (e.g., wheels, brakes, frames, skins
