B-2 Requirements and Modification Manager

  • MAJCOM Weapons Systems Team Lead for ops, modernization, and sustainment over all requirements of $44B B-2 fleet.
  • Chaired Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams for the MAJCOM, aligning priorities and execution of $1.1B in annual funding for B-2 program.
  • Identified and solved systematic Radar Cross Section (RCS) challenge areas, materials, processes, tools, tech data, and training for 300 LO personnel. Utilized DOD acquisition process to deliver new capabilities to warfighters.
  • Teamed with small business vendor to develop new Software-as-a-System solution to digitally store, manage, and staff all AF Modification Proposals for AFGSC.
  • Managed MAJCOM personnel and facilities security programs, utilizing Collateral/SCI/SAP level security databases to monitor and update security clearances, DOD contracts, and update installation access requests, letters, and checklists.

  • Directed and conducted Quality Assurance measures over 100% of all on-aircraft LO repairs.
  • Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Integrated Product Teams (IPT) tasked for continuous improvement and acquisition of tools, products, and procedures for aircraft maintainers.
  • POC for coordinating across DOD agencies in scheduling Periodic RCS Surveillance (PRSM) and test development radar range missions.

  • Evaluated structural damage to aircraft structures or items and applied appropriate repair procedures to include application of adhesive films, prepregs, foam, and tape; and scarfing, layup, vacuum bagging, and accelerated curing techniques.
  • Stored, handled, and disposed of hazardous waste and materials according to environmental standards and classifications.
  • Led maintenance teams during two weapons training exercises and one PACAF deployment resulting in 100% FMC aircraft for 135 successful aircraft sorties.
