• Core transit service planner developing Transit Development Plans (TDPs), conducting feasibility studies, performing alternatives analyses, and leading assessments for small urban transit systems, microtransit and intercity bus services.

Project highlights:

• MTA Eastern Baltimore County Access Study 2025, Task Lead for developing a Transit-Readiness Scoring technical memorandum to support Maryland Transit Administration and Baltimore County in assessing four key transit readiness factors and identifying both opportunities and constraints associated with more than fifty roadways in Eastern Baltimore.
• New Kent & Charles City County (VA) Transit Feasibility Study 2024-2025, Task Lead: Evaluated block groups for transit potential by analyzing existing conditions and scoring proposed microtransit zones across three use-case scenarios. Collaborated with stakeholder staff to develop recommendations for on-demand and microtransit service zones, including fixed-route alternatives.
• RADAR Transit Development Plan (TDP) 2024, Bay Transit TDP 2024: Produced route profiles, existing conditions analyses, survey analyses, implementation plans and recommendations which included new service areas for fixed routes and microtransit.

• Core planner, analyst and GIS specialist focused on a range of transit projects in more than ten U.S. states, with experience on short-range transportation plans for small urban areas, intercity buses, data and geospatial analyses, and cartography tasks.
• Produce and analyze maps with bus stop activity, regional trip patterns, trip generators and route alternatives for fixed route or demand-response based transit systems.
• Co-develop plans as a key analyst for seven statewide intercity bus services linking underserved communities to key destinations.
• Evaluate cost effectiveness and accessibility of intercity bus routes with travel demand modeling, developing key performance metrics and scoring rubrics.
• Design and analyze new routes for transit systems including Regional Transportation Agency of Central Maryland using Streetmix planning software.

• Use Excel macros and ArcGIS to produce models for the Congestion Management Process; identifying and forecasting congested corridors in the transportation network.
• Conduct video monitoring, peak hour counts and assessment of existing conditions at multifamily developments, to quantify vehicle trip reduction benefits of TOD development.

• Wrote blog posts and conducted research about 1) best practices in public space activation, parking policies and transit-oriented development through research and interviews for NJTOD.org and 2) technological innovations that improve transportation safety for the 'NJDOT Technology Transfer' website.
• Distribute surveys on NJ Transit buses and light rail in English/Spanish (Oct - Dec 2017).

• Coordinated digital launch of 'Know Before You Owe' resource on financing an auto loan by producing and promoting a five-part blog series with multiple office stakeholders.
• Co-directed 'Planning for Retirement' tool launch, resulting in 100,000 views in one week.
• Co-led 'Money as you Grow' campaign and blog series; engaged parents nationwide on financial best practices and spearheaded focus groups.

• Directed two crowdfunding campaigns for filmmakers; co-raising $25,000 through communications, content creation and live and virtual events.
• Organized a live event drawing +100 people including a panel on hate crimes with community partners and the Mayor of San Francisco.
• Produced music contests resulting in 50,000 views; raising the profile for a documentary.
