  • New Kent & Charles City County (VA) Transit Feasibility Study 2024-2025, Task Lead: Evaluated block groups for transit potential by analyzing existing conditions and scoring proposed microtransit zones across three use-case scenarios. Collaborated with stakeholder staff to develop recommendations for on-demand and microtransit service zones, including fixed-route alternatives.
