After getting let go due to COVID lock downs I became a stay at home father and remodeled my 105 year old house from the foundation and studs up.
***I rewired the entire house to code
***Replaced cast iron and metal pipes with pex and copper. I added a 2nd toilet and sink to the house.
***Rebuilt the foundation and supports.
***Replaced all floor joists and subflooring and flooring.
***Added new insulation and vapor barriers.
***Added new load baring beams to create an open concept.
